Open-Faced Cinnamon Raisin Bread Melt

Ingredients 
Directions 
  1. Toast your bread and while toasting:
  2. Smash up the avocado a bit with a fork and put on top of the bread
  3. Crumble walnut pieces on top of the avocado
  4. Drizzle a little bit of maple syrup on top
  5. Thinly (very thinly!) slice apples and put on top of the avocado/walnuts
  6. Cut slices of cheddar cheese and place on top
  7. Drizzle a little more drops of maple syrup
  8. Put in oven, under the broiler until the cheese melts
  9. (Make, Eat, Enjoy, & Repeat)
