Vibrant Veggie Stack Sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients 
  • 4 slices of Food For Life Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, lightly toasted
  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • Thin cucumber slices, enough to cover one side of each sandwich
  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • Roasted red bell pepper
  • ½ cup of Sprouts
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper per sandwich
Directions 

Spread hummus on both sides of the bread and assemble veggies. Top with sea salt and pepper. Once assembled, slice each sandwich in quarters, hold together with toothpicks if needed, place in a glass container, and place in a picnic basket or bag alongside some fruit and lemonade for the perfect picnic!
