Cinnamon Raisin Sweet Potato Sandwich

Ingredients 
Directions 
  1. Toast Ezekiel Bread
  2. Then, mash 2 oz of sweet potato and add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread across one slice of bread
  3. Spread peanut butter on the other slice
  4. Add some coconut chips if you would like to add some crunch!
