Open Kimchi Egg Toast

  1. Chop Spring Onion finely and put it aside.
  2. Heat up the frying pan with 1T Sesame Seed Oil and sauté Kimchi for 5 minutes until fragrant then put aside.
  3. Scramble 1 Egg with Butter (or opt out for Olive Oil).
  4. Toast the Ezekiel and layer the cooked Kimchi and Scrambled Egg on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped Spring Onion.
