Healthy French Toast

Ingredients 
  • 1 slice Food for life cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon powder
  • splash of almond milk or any milk of choice
  • optional: sweetener of choice
Directions 
  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl except bread ofcourse
  2. Soak bread in bowl with ingredients, make sure to get both sides
  3. Heat up skillet and add oil of choice to prevent sticking
  4. Cook bread on skillet until golden brown on both sides
  5. For extra moistness add extra sauce on top of bread while cooking
  6. After fully cooked, serve and enjoy
