Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich

  • Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Bread - Toasted
  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard
  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Relish (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional)
  • Hot Sauce (Optional)
  1. Peel and dice hard boiled eggs
  2. Peel and dice avocado
  3. Add eggs and avocado to a bowl and mash together
  4. Finely dice stalk of celery, add to bowl
  5. Add mustard, relish and garlic
  6. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
  7. Mix all ingredients together well
