Simple Avocado and Tempeh Toast

Ingredients 

4 slices of 7 Sprouted Grain Bread
1 Avocado
3-4 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise (or hummus)
8 slices tempeh bacon

Directions 

Toast bread in toaster
Spread thin layer of mayonnaise or hummus (typically 1 tbsp per slice)
Slice avocado to preferred thickness and layer on top of mayo/hummus
Place 4 pieces of tempeh on each sandwich.
