Powerhouse English Muffin

Ingredients 
  • 1 Food For Life 7-Sprouted Grains English Muffins
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup (or to preference) cottage cheese
  • Sprinky dink of chia seeds
  • Salt, pepper, chili flake
  • Be creative and add other toppings - cocoa nibs, sliced tomato, onion or I've also added a hard boiled egg. The options are endless!
     
Directions 
  1. Toast english muffin
  2. Mash avocado on both sides of the english muffin
  3. Add about a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
  4. Sprinkle with chia seeds or add other nuts, seeds or toppings you enjoy
  5. Of course sesson everything to your taste buds
  6. I usually slice up some fruit on the side with an egg or two
  7. Enjoy!
