Pocket Pizza

  1. Add a healthy salsa -- any that is organic and no sugar -- no agave
  2. Add any other ing. you love -- preferably organic
  3. Cut pocket bread in half
  4. Spread salsa (or sauce) over pocket bread
  5. Add mushrooms, onions, red peppers (they are healthier than the other peppers) and nuts if you are using them
  6. Cut up organic raw cheese (any kind you prefer) and add over top
  7. Place in toaster oven until cheese melts
  8. Enjoy knowing this is a healthy pizza

Notes: One could brown organic grass fed turkey or ground beef if they are not vegan.
