Greek Pita Pocket
- 6 Ezekiel 4:9® Whole Grain pocket breads, cut in half
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1 (4 ounce) package Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
- Chop red pepper and cucumber
- Add sliced olives, feta cheese and chopped vegetables to a large bowl and toss with dressing.
- Fill each pita half with about 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture.
