Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients 
Directions 
  1. Toast 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread
  2. Take out of toaster and apply avocado spread on both pieces
  3. Top with chickpea salad
  4. Place spinach on top
  5. Cover with 2nd piece of toast
