No-Bake Cocoa Date Bites

Ingredients 

18 bites

Directions 
  1. In a food processor combine dates, cereal, coconut, cocoa powder, and salt and pulse until finely ground and combined. Divide mixture into 18 pieces and roll into balls. If desired, roll in additional shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 6 weeks.
