Caramelized Banana and Pineapple Dessert Wraps


4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 large bananas, halved widthwise, then lengthwise into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt
  • 4 Food For Life® Taco-Size Whole Grain Tortillas
  • ½ cup chopped toasted cashews
  1. In a medium skillet melt oil over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until melted and bubbly. Add banana and pineapple, and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized.
  2. Spread yogurt on tortillas, top with fruit and cashews, and roll up.
