Blueberry Protein Shake

- 1/3 cup Ezekiel 4:9® Flax Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal
- 1/3 cup dried oats
- 1/3 cup Fiber One Cereal
- 1/3 cup whey protein powder (vanilla)
- 2/3 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
- 2/3 water
1. Add 1/2 your water to blender
2. Add cereals
3. Add fruit of choice (blueberries are yummy and high in antioxidants)
4. Add remaining 1/2 of water.
5. Blend on high, enjoy!
Note: This is a delicious and healthy balanced breakfast that takes 5 minutes. Enjoy for breakfast or lunch.
