Ezekiel chips

Ingredients 

1 pkg (6) Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Tortillas (You will need the full pack; they go fast.)

1/3 cup lime juice

2 tsp miso

1/2 pkg (or more, to taste) tortilla spice (mild or hot, according to preference)

Directions 

Heat the lime juice for 30 sec in microwave; dissolve miso into lime and mix in spices.

Put each tortilla on an oiled wire rack; brush liberally with lime mixture on both sides using a pastry brush. (Be sure to give good coverage to the periphery of each tortilla.) Put another oiled wire rack on top to hold the tortilla flat.

Bake at 300F for about 10 min; when the tortillas start to brown, bake a little longer at lower heat with oven door slightly ajar to dry out and crispen the tortillas.

Break the baked tortillas into chips (or just serve whole).
