Sprouted Corn Tortilla Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brush the tortillas with oil before cutting
  3. Cut tortillas into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
    Hint: use a wire grate so you don’t have to turn them during baking
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Don't Forget the Fresh Tomato Salsa!

  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno
  • pepper (including seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. In a medium bowl, stir the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper,
    cumin, Kosher salt, and fresh ground black pepper in a bowl. 
  2. Serve and enjoy!
