Greek Pita Pocket

Ingredients 
  • 6 Ezekiel 4:9® Whole Grain pocket breads, cut in half
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber
  • 1 (4 ounce) package Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
Directions 
  1. Chop red pepper and cucumber
  2. Add sliced olives, feta cheese and chopped vegetables to a large bowl and toss with dressing.
  3. Fill each pita half with about 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture.
