Ezekiel’s sprouted Wheat Veggie Burger
- 1 Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Wheat Burger Bun
- 1 vegan burger patty
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain brown mustard
- 4 slices cucumber
- 4 slices squash
- 2 slices tomato
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- Spread mustard onto both sides of Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Wheat burger bun
- Layer the cucumber, vegan burger patty and tomato on one half.
- Season with salt and pepper. Top with squash and alfalfa sprouts
- Cover with the other half of the bun.
